    "I moved in August 2024 and have had a positive experience from the start. The property manager Bambi made moving in and adjusting very easy. She answers my questions very quickly and the team makes sure everything is going good. The apartment its self is a perfect size for a studio with nice new upgrades especially the refrigerator and oven. The area is perfect as it’s walking distance from the river, Wind Surge stadium, and downtown. I definitely recommend to new Wichita residents and locals to check out this apartment complex!"

    "Excellent experience! The property manager, Bambi, is super kind, friendly and fair. She helped me out a ton with the application process and was very sympathetic to my current situation. I cannot thank her enough for everything that she has done for me to help me get my own roof over my head after living in hotels for the majority of this year. Bambi treats the tenants and everyone else with respect, love and graciousness. I have applied to a thousand apartment complexes not only in the Wichita area, but also in tons of other places and the experience I had with LUX off Riverwalk was the best I’ve ever had my entire adult life.
